Planning is based on the residual risk identified during the emergency riskmanagement process.Availability of resources,reactions ofpeople in times of emergency and assumptionshavingapossibleimpact onplanning,shouldbeclearlystated(e.g.a flood planmaybebasedontheoccurrenceofaprobablemaximumflood). MeetingswillbeconductedinaccordancewithState/Territoryarrangementsand requirements. All members must be aware of State/Territory arrangements and they should be briefed on theresultsoftheemergencyriskmanagementstudy.
