(3)、我公司的综合实力、机械设备能力、技术力量和多年来类似工程建设所积累的丰富施工经验。
(1)、严格遵循招标、投标文件的内容及设计文件要求,确定本工程的创优规划,并据此来编制施工方案。
(2)、仔细考察工程实地,认真研究招标、投标文件、设计图纸和有关规定,充分考虑本桥的特点、场地、交通、水文、运输、料源、民情、水电供应、气候等实际情况的基础上编制。

本路线段内的河流为山区雨源性河流,属于乌江水系。地表大小冲沟发育,大冲沟常年流水,起点至终点见较大的河流主要为雨冲河。河水受季节性控制明显,汛期流量大,枯水期流量小,具有山区河流受降雨控制暴涨暴落特点。小冲沟为季节性小溪流,流程较短,水量少,受季节性控制明显,地表水体总体不发育。
涵洞施工前,首先根据设计资料进行现场核对,以便准确地进行测量放样,制定合理可行的施工方案。
采用人工配合机械放坡开挖基坑。至设计标高时检查基底,报监理工程师现场测试合格并签认后,按图施工。地质良好的石质基坑可利用坑壁做为基础模板,地质差的基坑采用组合钢模板,砼由机械拌和,振捣器振捣。
基础沿洞身方向每4~6米设一道沉降缝,或按实际情况确定,沉降缝宽2cm,采用沥青麻絮或其它弹性较好的不透水材料填塞。
盖板涵、通道涵身模板采用整体大块钢模板(每块不小于2m),外侧设立支撑固定,侧模采用拉杆固定,涵台帽钢筋加工与安装严格按照技术规范进行。砼采用集中拌和,砼运输车运输,现场采用漏斗导管输送,以避免离析。沿涵身4~6米设置沉降缝一道,填以沥青麻絮或其它弹性较好的不透水材料。盖板由预制场集中预制,用汽车运到现场,吊车安装就位。
涵洞进出水口在涵身完工后进行,翼墙、跌井、急流槽、挡墙的型式按照图纸尺寸要求进行施工,全部采用坐片石混凝土砌筑。基坑开挖至设计标高时,先处理干净,报请监理工程师检查签认才开始砌筑。翼墙墙身砌筑,要求线条均匀流畅,表面平整光洁。
第四章施工方案及施工工艺
(1)图纸会审JGJ 450-2018 老年人照料设施建筑设计标准(完整正版、清晰无水印).pdf,施工前组织项目部所有技术人员全面熟悉施工图纸、资料和有关文件,领会设计意图,如有疑问或发现差错应及时记录,在设计交底和图纸会审中提出,请设计部门予以解答。
(2)在经过测量复核沿线导线点的基础之上,根据设计图纸进行涵洞、通道中心桩放样,检查图纸上的设计位置与实地位置是否相符,发现问题应及上报。
(3)以设计图纸中标明为准,并应符合有关技术规范要求或监理工程师的指示选用,由业主指定厂家供应的材料均严格按照质量标准体系进行控制,砂石等地方材料的进场全部由试验数据严格控制。
(4)开工前的试验:开工前应做好砼、砂浆的配合比试验外墙脚手架施工方案.doc,报监理工程师审批。为工程质量的控制打好基础。
