印度JSG发电厂9×135MW自备电厂工程印度JSG发电厂9×135MW自备电厂工程是印度钢铁巨头JSW集团旗下的重要电力项目，位于印度卡纳塔克邦维沙卡帕特南地区。该项目旨在为JSW集团的钢铁生产提供稳定、高效的能源支持，进一步提升企业的竞争力和可持续发展能力。

1.负责全部工程物资的现场管理；Be responsible for site management in all project material.
2.负责印度境内供货范围的物资采购、运输；Be responsible for material procurement and transport in the scope of supply in India.
3.负责联系国内外各供货厂家的现场服务工作；Be responsible for contacting all suppliers domestic and abroad on site service.
4.协助海外事业部完成进口设备的运输、清关；Assist OED in transport and clearance for importing equipment.
5.协助海外事业部完成设备的监造以及设备制造计划、船运计划的报送；Assist OED in equipment inspection, equipment manufacture plan and shipment plan sending.
海外技术部OED Technology Department:
制定并执行项目设计计划，确保满足合同条款要求。Prepare and implement project design plan to ensure that the contract conditions are met.
在设计问题方面与SEDC保持协调，负责组织设计成果评估。Coordinate with SEDC with respect to design issues and organize design output review.

2. 布置原则Arrangement principles
2．1充分利用施工场地，临建设施合理布置，并能满足现场施工要求。Make the best of construction area and arrange the temporary building reasonably to meet the requirements of construction at site.
2.3科学确定施工区域和场地面积，减少各专业工种之间交叉作业。合理组织交通运输,使整个施工阶段做到交通方便,主道路呈环形布置,运输通畅。Confirm the construction areas and field areas reasonably to reduce the crossing work between each type of work. Organize the transport and tranffic reasonably to make the whole construction convenient tranffic. Main roads should be arranged with circle way for free tranffic.
2.4 总体布置满足有关规程对安全、防洪、防火等要求,达到安全文明施工条件。The general layout should be in line with the relevant regulations in safety, preventing flood and fireproof to realize the safety and civilization construction condition.

1总则General rules
施工总平面管理是在符合有关规程规范的前提下，合理规划施工现场、交通运输、各种生产临建、施工设施、力能装置和设备、材料堆放等综合反映在平面上的成果。其管理的主要内容如下：Construction general layout management should reflect the integrative layout in planning construction site, traffic and transport, all kinds of temporary buildings, construction facilities, power fittings and equipment, material stack appropriately.
1.2工程部设总平面管理负责人，负责施工区域现场管理。CMD should appoint to the director of general layout management who is in charge of site management for construction area.
1.3根据施工各阶段的不同需要，由工程部对总平面布置在施工场地范围内作适当平衡调整，若需超出本工程范围内占用场地，应向业主提出申请，待业主回复统一安排方可实施。CMD should adjust general layout arrangement balanceable appropriately in the scope of construction area according to the different requirement of each construction stage. If the occupation field may exceed the scope of the project area, CMD should apply for the owner. After the owner could revert and carry out arrangement, it is implemented.
1.4各专业必须在指定的区域进行施工作业和堆放材料，如遇到问题，应及时提交工程部平衡调整。Each specialty must carry out construction and stack material in specified area, if problems, they should submit to CMD for balance adjustment.

1.6在设备组合场及材料堆场中设备材料的摆放，需达到安全文明施工的要求，不得随意摆放。工程部负责统一安排。Equipment and material place in equipment assemble yard and material stack must conform to the requirement of safety civilization construction. Don’t place at random. CMD is responsible for unified arrangement.
