4.1.1主要管理人员的工作职责The Responsibilities of the main administration staff
4.1.1.6、安全员Safety Officer:负责项目安全生产目标及安全技术措施的审定,负责安全生产、文明施工的监督管理工作长春市世纪大街某三套住宅楼混凝土工程专项施工方案，及时对现场的平面布置及施工现场的不安全因素进行检查、监督、制止、处罚、下达整改、复查；负责现场文明施工的监督检查，并做好检查记录。
4.1.1.8、资料员The Documenter:负责整个项目施工、管理、技术、质量资料的搜集管理工作；做好施工技术资料的管理工作；To be responsible for the information collecting and administering work regarding the project execution, administration, technologies applied and quality control; to do a good job in handling all those relation to the execution and technical information.

五、安装部分主要施工方法Main working plan for installation
5.1、给排水安装工程施工方法Working plan for water supply and drainage
5.1.1.施工注意事项 Construction note item
5.1.1.3、管道除部分采用预制,大部分应采用分点分系统直接安装。Excluding some pipes are premade, the most of the pipes should be installed directly by separate spot and separate systems.
5.1.1.4、所有的支、吊、托架的加工制作, 必须统一加工制作,符合图纸和规范要求,下料不宜采用气割,打孔不得采用气割,用电钻钻孔。All the supporting, hoisting, split should be machined all together. It should be accordance with the plan and spec. The cutting should not be gas cutting, hole drilling can’t be gas cutting, it should be electric drilling.
5.1.1.5、管道支、吊架应安装牢固平整,导向支架或滑动支架的表面应清洁平整,不得歪斜；安装之前应必须作防腐处理,凡是要刷防腐的支、吊、托架必须做到先漆后装。All the bracket and supportings should be installed hard and smoothly. Orientation bracket or gliding bracket should keep a neat and horizontal surface. It can’t be tilt. Embalmment should be carried out before the bracket is installed. All the brackets and supportings which need embalmment should be painted first, then be installed.
5.1.1.7、管道与设备之间连接应同心互相平行结合,不允许使之强行密合。The connection of the pipes and equipments should be the same center and and parelle. It is not allowed to be connected by force.

室外给水管道Outdoor Water supplying System
钢塑复合管安装前应进行预安，对安装所需的管子规格的各个规格进行样品制作。对安装的管子作好标记。HDPE pipe will be fusion welding connected. Prior to installation, remove the greasy dirt on the surface and burr. Before formal installation of the HDPE pipes, make installation samples of various size pipes and mark them with identification.
所有用于安装的管材及管件，进入现场必须进行检查，管材的外观不得有损坏等缺陷。All the pipes and fittings to be installed must be checked on site. The appearance of the pipes should not be with damages or defects.
管道联接：采用热熔焊进行联接. 管道联接设备为热熔焊机.Pipes connection: connect in fusion welding way by fusion welding machine.
管道切割：管道安装应进行实际测量尺寸,按实际尺寸进行下料,管道切割时小于DN50 管,采用专用剪刀进行切割,大于DN50 采用细齿锯进行旋转切割.Piping cutting: measure the actual size and cut based on it. For the pipes
管道切割后应进行管口表面处理;采用刀具进行表面处理,处理后的管口表面不得有毛刺、缺口等缺陷。After cutting, make treatment to the orifice with cutting tool to get it being without any burr, breach or other defects.
管道安装之前，应在管沟底部铺设150mm 砂垫层找平管沟及标高，同时用于保护管道。Before installing the pipeline, lay 150mm sand bedding on the trench bottom to level make level of the bottom and elevation and also protect the piping.
5.1.3.4生产生活污水管道安装Installation of Waste Water Piping
5) 雨水管道安装Installation of Storm Water Piping；
管材采用钢筋混凝土管。Pipe material: reinforced concrete pipe.
管道联接采用橡胶圈承插联接。Connect the RC pipes in socket connection way with rubber ring.
插橡胶圈接口，必须严格检查橡胶圈，如有损坏必须更换。安装时应将洗衣粉水涂抹于橡胶圈或承插口上。Carefully check the rubber ring. If any damage, replace it. When installing, put washing powder water on the rubber ring or the socket orifice.
插联接可采用将一安装管固定好，将另一安装管插入承口内，采用倒链拉紧。推时用力应均，步调一致。Fix one of the pipes to be connected, and plug another into the fixed one and tight with chain hoist. When pushing the pipe, the strength must be consistent.
雨水管道的钢筋混凝土管采用120 度砂石基础。120 degree sand bedding will be placed for the storm water RC piping.
混凝土管安装完毕后，如果需要，应在混凝土管的承口处作混凝土垫。After installation, if required, place concrete bedding at the pipe socket.

Lay out the central line with rebar and mark the central line with white talcum powder. 管道定位采用中心定位法，将管道的中心线用钢筋定位。用白色的滑石粉撒出管道中心线。
Prior to digging ditches, call the Site Representative of Party A to confirm if there are the cables or utility families under the ground and mark them with obvious identifications. During digging, take care to avoid damaging them. 管道定位后，应通知甲方进行现场实际确认管道的位置，其地下是否有管道或电缆等障碍物。
For the place where there are pipe or cables underground after MEC confirmed, labor digging shall be used to avoid damaging the pipes or cables. 对MEC 确认地下有管道或电缆地方，开挖时应采用人工开挖。开挖过程中应慢慢进行，以防止破管道或电缆等障碍物。
Mechanical digging shall be used in priority and the labor digging is applicable only on condition that the mechanical digging is limited. 管道开挖，采用机械开挖为主，人工开挖为辅。
Pipe trench digging will be made by excavator and along backward line. 机械开挖过程中，采用反铲进行开挖，开挖采用到挖法进行管沟开挖。
The dig soil must be piled more than 1.4m away from the ditch to avoid the ditch land slide. 管沟开挖的土TB／T 3293-2013标准下载，必须堆放于离管沟1.4M,以免造成管沟塌方.
