Safetyinspectionsection:Befamiliartosafetyoperationproceduresandlaborprotectionordinance,taketheresponsibilityforsafetyandcivilizationinspectionintheconstructionprocessandputforwardopinionsforrectification.
Materialssection:Shallbefamiliartotheperformanceandqualityrequirementsofthematerials,preparematerialsprocurementandsupplyplans,buycorrespondingconstructionmaterialsintimeperrequiredbytheworks,takegoodcareofthematerialssuchasstorage,positionedstackingetc,timelyprovidedocumentationinformationinrespectofthequalityofthematerialstotechnologySection.
Financial&budgetsection:properlytaketheresponsibilityforexaminingandcalculatingthecostfortheworks,statisticsofthequantityoftheworks,paymentcollection,alternationoftheconstructionbudgetetc.
Supportingsection:Shallberesponsibleforlivingandlogisticswork,sitesecurity,sitecleaningandmaintainingwork.
Variousoperationalgroupswillbesetupfororganizinglaborspertradefortheworkssuchascarpentergroup,steelbendergroup,scaffoldingworkgroup,concretegroup,masonrygroup,installationgroupetc.tooperateundercoordinationandunifieddirection.

Whentheclientrequirestoverifythesuppliedmaterialsorequipment,procurementdept.mustproviderelatedcertificateofqualityandtestreport,owner’sverificationshallnotreleaseusfromtheliabilitiesforprovidingqualifiedgoodsandnoreliminateowner’srejectionofthegoods.
Controlofidentificationofproducts
Identificationsofproductsdeliveredtothesiteshallinclude:nameofdealer,manufacturer,name,quantityandsizeandtypeoftheproducts,testreport,defectsliabilitysheet,dateofproductionandcertificateofqualityetc.
Productsidentificationsshallberecordedinstoringregisterandcardafterqualifiedgoodsreceivedintostore.
Controloftestandinspection
Conductinspectionandtestwhengoodsdeliveredtothesite,inspectitsqualityassurance,qualitycertificate,testreport,asforspecialmaterials,speciallynominateapersonorpersonstoinspectthemthroughsamplingandthemethodasrequired.
Materialsnotbeinspectedandtestedshallnotbeprocessedorincorporatedintotheworks.

Wewillworkoutaimedqualityensuringmeasuresindifferentconstructionsagesbasedonourgreatdealofpracticesandincorporatingwiththeactualconditions.
Qualityensuringmeasuresforrebarworks(referencetoFigure3forthedetail):
Generalmeasures
Strictlycontroltheinsertingpositionofrebarforcolumnstoavoiddisplacementofrebaranditssizenotconformtodesigndrawings.Cementgroutatthefootmustbeclearlyremovedpriortobindrebarofcolumns,andpatattentiontoitsverticalityofverticalrebar,horizontalandclipsshallnotbeboundunderinclinedconditions.Makeacontractingclipontheinsertingrebartolinkthemtogethersotoavoidanydisplacementorbent.
Rebarintheworksshallnotbealternatedwithoutauthorization,ifitsurelyneedsadjustmentbasedontheactualconditions,itmustbeapprovedbydesignerandtechnicaldepartments,andtechnicalconfirmationsheetshallbeissued.
Bentanddeformedrebarshallberectifiedpriortouseit,oilandmudonrebarshallbeclearlyremoved.
Speciallyassignapersonorpersonstomonitorwhenpourconcreteandrectifythedeviationsmayoccuratanytime.
AcceptancesheetmusthavesignatureofQualityOfficer.Qualityanalysismeetingshallbeholedinrespectoftheconstructionofeachstagetofindthedefectsandputforwardmeasuresforrectifyingthem.Assistsupervisorsinacceptanceofunitworksandcarefullyrectifythedefectssotoensurethequalityoftheworks.Startingthenextsequencecanbeconductedonlyafterthecurrentsequenceworksbeingaccepted.

Beforetheformworkconstruction,configurationdesignforsupportingsystemandformworkshallbeconductedfirst,workoutthearrangingdiagram.Personinchargeofdetailingdrawingsandforemanmusttellthegrouppersonsthedetailedrequirementsinrespectofsupportingandarrangementofformwork,operationsequences,assemblingandremovingmethods.Formworkanditsfittingsdeliveredtothesiteshallbeinspectedandsortedandcountedinaccordancewiththeregulationsandquantity,allthosenotqualifiedshallnotbeused.
Axispositionandsectionaldimensionshallbecorrectlycontrolledintheinstallationoftheformwork,andthesplicedjointsshallbetight.Thejointsof1mmshallbesealedwithsuitablematerialsortinplate,ifthespanexceeds4m,anarchof0.3%shallbeformed.
Waterstoppingsteelplateofbasementshallbestrictlyexecutedinaccordancewiththedrawings,fixedwithweldingrebartoensureacorrectpositionandlevelofthewholesteelplate.
Supportingsystemofformworkmustbehorizontallyflatandverticallystraightwithfirmsupportingpoints,fastenersandboltsmustbefastened,andassembleformworkstrictlyinaccordancewiththearrangingdiagram.Speciallyassignapersonorpersonstochecktheformwork’ssupports,bolts,fastenersandcolumnclipsetc.,andrectifyittimelyifanydefectfound.

Vibratorshallbe“Quicklyinsertedinandslowlydrawout”,toavoidconcretebeingcoursedivided,separated,aswellunnecessaryholesandairbubblesoccurred.
Duringthepourlayerbylayer,vibratorshallbeinsertedinto5cmoflowerlayerwhenvibratetheupperlayerforeliminatingjointsbetweenthe2layers,andshallbevibratedbeforetheinitialsetofthelowerlayer.Highlightthevibrationofpumpedliquidconcrete.
Elevatedpassageplateshallbelaidduringpouringforfloors,directlysteppingonconcreteshallbestrictlyprohibitedsotopreventrebarbeingdeformedordisplaced.
