3.1.2Stressonplanningmanagement,properlyworkoutmonth,weekanddayworkplans,setupareliablematerialsandsupportingsystemtotheextentthatthesupplycanbeensuredandthetransportationmeetsanyrequirement.

Safetyinspectionsection:Befamiliartosafetyoperationproceduresandlaborprotectionordinance,taketheresponsibilityforsafetyandcivilizationinspectionintheconstructionprocessandputforwardopinionsforrectification.

Materialssection:Shallbefamiliartotheperformanceandqualityrequirementsofthematerials,preparematerialsprocurementandsupplyplans,buycorrespondingconstructionmaterialsintimeperrequiredbytheworks,takegoodcareofthematerialssuchasstorage,positionedstackingetc,timelyprovidedocumentationinformationinrespectofthequalityofthematerialstotechnologySection.

Financial&budgetsection:properlytaketheresponsibilityforexaminingandcalculatingthecostfortheworks,statisticsofthequantityoftheworks,paymentcollection,alternationoftheconstructionbudgetetc.

Supportingsection:Shallberesponsibleforlivingandlogisticswork,sitesecurity,sitecleaningandmaintainingwork.

Variousoperationalgroupswillbesetupfororganizinglaborspertradefortheworkssuchascarpentergroup,steelbendergroup,scaffoldingworkgroup,concretegroup,masonrygroup,installationgroupetc.tooperateundercoordinationandunifieddirection.

Formwork:Splicedwithplywood(thickness:18)andsupporteditwith(48steelpipeforformwork.

Scaffoldingworks:Weusesteelpipescaffoldingofgroundtypeandwithcouplers.

Verticaltransportation:Wemainlyusederrickforthetransportationandprovideitwitha16tmobilecranewheninstallingroofrebar.

Focusonthequalityofpilefoundationtreatment,buttweldofrebar,concretepouringandthemainstructureworks.

Setupaqualitycontrolgroupforthequalitycontrolofspecialprocess,andproperlyconductqualitycontrolworksuchasplan,execution,inspection,conclusion,improvementetc.applyingPDCNcirculationprincipletotheextentthatenablethewholeprocessalwaysunderastablecontrol.

Qualitycontrolofprocurement

Preparematerialsprocurementplanasrequiredbytheproject,thematerialsprocuredshallbenotedwiththeirnames,quantities,sizes,deliverydatetothesite,deliveryways,nameofsuppliers,standardsfortestandverificationmode.

Whentheclientrequirestoverifythesuppliedmaterialsorequipment,procurementdept.mustproviderelatedcertificateofqualityandtestreport,owner’sverificationshallnotreleaseusfromtheliabilitiesforprovidingqualifiedgoodsandnoreliminateowner’srejectionofthegoods.

Controlofidentificationofproducts

Identificationsofproductsdeliveredtothesiteshallinclude:nameofdealer,manufacturer,name,quantityandsizeandtypeoftheproducts,testreport,defectsliabilitysheet,dateofproductionandcertificateofqualityetc.

Productsidentificationsshallberecordedinstoringregisterandcardafterqualifiedgoodsreceivedintostore.

Controloftestandinspection

Conductinspectionandtestwhengoodsdeliveredtothesite,inspectitsqualityassurance,qualitycertificate,testreport,asforspecialmaterials,speciallynominateapersonorpersonstoinspectthemthroughsamplingandthemethodasrequired.

Materialsnotbeinspectedandtestedshallnotbeprocessedorincorporatedintotheworks.

Aimedmeasuresforqualitycontrol

Wewillworkoutaimedqualityensuringmeasuresindifferentconstructionsagesbasedonourgreatdealofpracticesandincorporatingwiththeactualconditions.

Qualityensuringmeasuresforrebarworks(referencetoFigure3forthedetail):

Generalmeasures

Strictlycontroltheinsertingpositionofrebarforcolumnstoavoiddisplacementofrebaranditssizenotconformtodesigndrawings.Cementgroutatthefootmustbeclearlyremovedpriortobindrebarofcolumns,andpatattentiontoitsverticalityofverticalrebar,horizontalandclipsshallnotbeboundunderinclinedconditions.Makeacontractingclipontheinsertingrebartolinkthemtogethersotoavoidanydisplacementorbent.

Rebarintheworksshallnotbealternatedwithoutauthorization,ifitsurelyneedsadjustmentbasedontheactualconditions,itmustbeapprovedbydesignerandtechnicaldepartments,andtechnicalconfirmationsheetshallbeissued.

Bentanddeformedrebarshallberectifiedpriortouseit,oilandmudonrebarshallbeclearlyremoved.

Speciallyassignapersonorpersonstomonitorwhenpourconcreteandrectifythedeviationsmayoccuratanytime.

AcceptancesheetmusthavesignatureofQualityOfficer.Qualityanalysismeetingshallbeholedinrespectoftheconstructionofeachstagetofindthedefectsandputforwardmeasuresforrectifyingthem.Assistsupervisorsinacceptanceofunitworksandcarefullyrectifythedefectssotoensurethequalityoftheworks.Startingthenextsequencecanbeconductedonlyafterthecurrentsequenceworksbeingaccepted.

Electricarcwelding

Preparationpriortothewelding.

Cleantheedgesofweldingjoints(oil,rust,dewetc.);

Inspectweldingmaterials(electrode,fluxwhetherconformtotherequirements);

Technicaldocuments(drawingsandtechnologyetc.);

Weldingequipmentetc.

Electroslaghyperbaricwelding

Beforetheformworkconstruction,configurationdesignforsupportingsystemandformworkshallbeconductedfirst,workoutthearrangingdiagram.Personinchargeofdetailingdrawingsandforemanmusttellthegrouppersonsthedetailedrequirementsinrespectofsupportingandarrangementofformwork,operationsequences,assemblingandremovingmethods.Formworkanditsfittingsdeliveredtothesiteshallbeinspectedandsortedandcountedinaccordancewiththeregulationsandquantity,allthosenotqualifiedshallnotbeused.

Axispositionandsectionaldimensionshallbecorrectlycontrolledintheinstallationoftheformwork,andthesplicedjointsshallbetight.Thejointsof1mmshallbesealedwithsuitablematerialsortinplate,ifthespanexceeds4m,anarchof0.3%shallbeformed.

Waterstoppingsteelplateofbasementshallbestrictlyexecutedinaccordancewiththedrawings,fixedwithweldingrebartoensureacorrectpositionandlevelofthewholesteelplate.

Supportingsystemofformworkmustbehorizontallyflatandverticallystraightwithfirmsupportingpoints,fastenersandboltsmustbefastened,andassembleformworkstrictlyinaccordancewiththearrangingdiagram.Speciallyassignapersonorpersonstochecktheformwork’ssupports,bolts,fastenersandcolumnclipsetc.,andrectifyittimelyifanydefectfound.

Platformsupportofformworkmustbesetupstrictlyinaccordancewithdesigndrawingstotheextentthatdownpartandupperpart,inandoutpartareuniform.

Formworkshallbeoftentrimmedandrepairedandbrushtheseparatingagent,andkeepitsleannessandflatnessifitisusedcircularly.

Strictlycarryouttherulesforconcretepouring.Relatedformalitiesfor

thetechnicaldataandacceptanceshallbegetreadypriortothesignatureofinstructionsonpouring.

Submitthemixingratioofconcretetotestcenterforthetestandforsupervisor’sreviewoneweekpriortothemixing.

Timelyknowtheweather,ifitrequirescontinuouspouringbutrains,itshallbecoveredintime,andtimelytreatthesurfaceofconcrete.

Properlygetreadyofallworkpriortothepour,equipmentshallbepriorinspectedbeforethepour,rubbishetcintheformworkshallberemoved,timberformworkshallbewateredat2nightsintervals.

Therearemanyconstructionjointsduetoarelativelargeareaoftheworks.Inordertoensurethequality,schemearrangingthejointsshallbeworkedoutpriortotheconstruction,andstrictlycarryoutit.

Rubbishetc.betweenthejointsofnewandoldconcreteshallbecheckedandremovedpriortothepour(itmayusehighpowercleaner),andwaterthembutnotaccumulatewaterthere.

Whereitisrelativelyhighanddifficultforoperation,andalargeareahavingdenseholesandrebar,clearsignsshallbesettheresotoensurethequalityofpouredconcrete.

Vibratorshallbe“Quicklyinsertedinandslowlydrawout”,toavoidconcretebeingcoursedivided,separated,aswellunnecessaryholesandairbubblesoccurred.

Duringthepourlayerbylayer,vibratorshallbeinsertedinto5cmoflowerlayerwhenvibratetheupperlayerforeliminatingjointsbetweenthe2layers,andshallbevibratedbeforetheinitialsetofthelowerlayer.Highlightthevibrationofpumpedliquidconcrete.

Elevatedpassageplateshallbelaidduringpouringforfloors,directlysteppingonconcreteshallbestrictlyprohibitedsotopreventrebarbeingdeformedordisplaced.

Properlycuretheconcrete,andtestpiecesshallbemadeatthepouringpoints.Testpiecesshallbeformworkremoved24hoursafteritformed,andcuredinstandardcoringroomtothedesignedage,thenconductstrengthtestonthem.

Inordertoensureasmoothconstructionandavoidunexpectedcircumstanceoccurred,thefollowingsshallbefocusedon”

Ensurepowerandwatersupplyonthesite;

Incaseofthepourhavingtobestopped,tensionrebarmustbeinsertedintheconstructionjoints;

Strictlycontroltheslumpofmixingtruck’sconcreteonthesitewhenpourit,andunqualifiedshallberejected.Watershallnotbefilledinthemixingtruckonthesite.

Eachpumpshallbeuniformlydirectedbyapersonspeciallyassignedtoproperlycontrolthespeedofpumptrucktoareasonablysupply.Eachpumpshallbeprovidedwith3smallvibrators.

Schemeforfabricatingconcretetestpiecesandsumptest.

Accordingtorequirementsofdifferentstrengthofconcrete,2personsforfabricatingitforseepageresistancetest,work:sampling,detailingdrawingsandcuring.

Randomlysamplingforslumptest.

Personalallocation:2groupsforfabricatingtestpieceforpressureandseepagetest,work:sampling,makingandcuring.

Sumptest:eachpersonwillberesponsibleforonepumppositionandproperlymakerecords.

Speciallyassignapersononthesideofhopperofeachpumptrucktosuperviseandremovelargestonesifany.Watershallnotbeaddedtotheconcreteonthesite,itshallbeadjustedaftertimelycontactedthebatchingplantiffoundtheslumpwasnotmeettherequirements,orrejected.

AlltestsshallbeunderwitnessbytheSupervisor.

Sincetherearemanylapsintheworks,inordertoensurethequalityoftheproducts,properprotectionoftheproductsshallbeconductedthereforeaftertheconstructionoftheconcrete.

Strictlyprohibitdrawingorwritingonconcretewall,columnormembers,andensurethesurfaceclean.

Incaseithastomakesignsontheconcretesurface,itshallbepriorconsentedbythepersoninchargeofitanddosointheindicatedposition.

Organizetoprepareconstructionorganizationdesign,qualityassuranceplanandbudgetforeachsectionalandeachprofessionalworks.
