4、选择总箱的进线截面及进线开关:

5、1号干线线路上导线截面及分配箱、开关箱内电气设备选择:

在选择前应对照平面图和系统图先由用电设备至开关箱计算,再由开关箱至分配箱计算,选择导线及开关设备。分配箱至开关箱,开关箱至用电设备的导线敷设采用铝塑料绝缘导线穿焊接钢管敷设,由于这部分距离较短,因此不考虑电压降,只按安全载流量选择导线截面。

(1)、卷扬机开关箱至卷扬机导线截面及开关箱内电气设备选择:

Kx=0.20Cosφ=0.60tgφ=1.33

Ijs=Kx×Pe/(1.732×Ue×Cosφ)=0.20×7.50/(1.732×0.38×0.60)=3.80

(2)、灰浆搅拌机开关箱至灰浆搅拌机导线截面及开关箱内电气设备选择:

Kx=0.50Cosφ=0.55tgφ=1.52

Ijs=Kx×Pe/(1.732×Ue×Cosφ)=0.50×3.00/(1.732×0.38×0.55)=4.14

(3)、自落式混凝土搅拌机开关箱至自落式混凝土搅拌机导线截面及开关箱内电气设备选择:

Kx=0.75Cosφ=0.85tgφ=0.62
