渡口坝水电站为混合式电站,位于重庆市奉节县新政乡梅溪河上游河段,是梅溪河
梯级规划的第一级,坝址区控制流域面积765km2,多年平均流量18.2m3/s。该电站是一
座以发电为主、兼有旅游、防洪等综合效益的Ⅲ等中型工程。水库总库容9854万m3,
有效库容7011万m,属年调节水库。
坝址位于奉节县新政乡上游7km处,距奉节县城90km;厂址位于公平镇打烂沟处,距奉节县城54km。
渡口坝水电站工程主要建筑物包括挡(泄)水建筑物、取水建筑物、引水建筑物和电站厂房,电站共装机容量129MW(2×64.5MW)。
混凝土拱坝为3级建筑物。建基面高程▽470.00m,坝顶高程▽578.50m,最大坝高108.5m。体型采用抛物线型变厚双曲拱坝,顶拱中心角98°,最大半中心角46.76°,最小半中心角26.88°,拱冠梁处拱圈中心线最大曲率半径120.6m,最小曲率半径
53.4m,坝轴线长284.123m,共分16个坝段。坝顶厚4.5m,底厚20.0m,厚高比0.18。坝体内设灌浆廊道、交通廊道、集水井、抽水泵和放空管等,坝外设灌浆平洞、排水洞、交通桥、坝后桥和电梯井等。
泄洪建筑物位于大坝中间,溢流堰中心线与大坝中心线重合,由3个溢流表孔组成,孔口尺寸为12m×12m(宽×高),每孔装有弧形工作门控制,由液压启闭机启闭。堰体采用WES型堰面曲线,堰顶高程▽563.00m。堰顶前部采用1/4椭圆曲线,堰顶后部为曲线方程,出口采用跌流,最大下泄流量为3840m3/s,相应单宽流量为116.4m3/(s·m)。
水垫塘作为消能建筑物是3级建筑物,包括水垫塘、二道坝和护坦。水垫塘为阶梯形,长165.53m,底宽44m,顶宽79.44m,最低底高程469.0m。水垫塘末端设壅高水位的二道坝,轴线长66m,高17.5m,顶宽2.7m,底宽27.2m,底高程▽474.5m,坝内设排水廊道和抽水泵,二道坝后设长20m的护坦,并设齿墙。
进水口采用岸塔式,分为上部结构和下部结构两部分。下部结构包括进水口流道、拦污栅、拦污栅胸墙及检修闸门井;上部结构包括进水口操作及检修平台、拦污栅启闭机室、启闭机工作桥、检修闸门启闭机室及交通桥。进水口底板高程▽525.80m,检修平台高程▽578.50m。
引水隧洞沿左岸布置,长600m,圆形,洞径4.2m,采用全断面混凝土衬砌。
围堰型式上游为过水围堰,下游为不过水围堰。上游围堰迎水面抛填块石护坡,背水面钢筋块石笼压坡结合C20砼面板防渗的结构型式。下游围堰采用土石填筑,复合土工膜防渗的结构型式。为满足机械施工及防洪抢险、交通、出渣需要,上下游围堰顶宽为8.0m。上游围堰高14.4m,堰顶高程▽496.70m,轴线长度72.15m。下游围堰高6.5m,堰顶高程▽486.80m,轴线长度31.3m。
导流底孔修筑和封堵,导流隧洞封堵。两个导流底孔布置在8、9号坝段上,孔底高程486.40m,底孔尺寸7m×7m,底孔最后需封堵。导流洞封堵利用闸门临时挡水,堵头长度为36m。
施工导流和水流控制工程包括截流、排水、导流底孔修筑、导流底孔和导流隧洞封堵准备工程、度汛等工程,以及其它有关临时工程。

梅溪河属中亚热带暖湿季风气候区,具有气候温和、雨量充沛、四季分明、光照适宜、无霜期长、冬干常见,伏旱突出等特点,由于受地形地貌的影响,局部小气候特征明显。
流域内降水丰沛,但年内分配不均,雨季从4月~10月,其降水量约占年降水量的
88.2%,其中以7月降水量最多,约占年降水量的18.0%。12月~2月枯期降水量约占年降水量的4.1%。降水年际变化较大,多年平均降水量为1437.2mm,最大年降水量1815.5mm,最小年降水量894.1mm,倍比系数为2.03。梅溪河流域暴雨多发生在5月~9月,一次大暴雨过程多为1d~3d,其中大部分雨量集中在24h以内,受大巴山暴雨影响,暴雨常在建楼、尖山、渡口坝一带出现。
实测瞬时最大风速19.0m/s;。蒸发:多年平均蒸发量1405.4mm。
本工程对外交通运输条件较为便利,工程区距奉节县城90km,距新政乡7km。奉节由长江水道上行119km至万县,326km至涪陵,446km至重庆;下行35km至巫山,202km至宜昌,2054km至上海。水力运输条件优越。
场内交通:现有新政乡至竹园、建农乡的乡村公路从工程区左、右岸通过。大坝左右两岸上坝公路及石料场至筛分拌和系统之间连接道路共需新建施工道路2.9km,左岸公路长2.17km,右岸公路长0.7km。

(1)本标段施工场地狭小,临时设施布置困难;
坝址两岸山体陡峭,石方开挖厚度大,灌浆平洞、传力洞及交通平洞等沿不同高程布置较多,施工道路的布置尤为重要且施工困难;
本工程大坝两岸山体煤洞及采空区较多,处理工程量较大且施工困难,不定因素较多,工期紧,对主体工程的施工进度有影响;
围堰截流之前,大坝开挖、施工道路的修筑工程量大、施工难度大、工期紧,直接影响和制约08年汛前大坝砼浇筑至导流底孔的关键工期;
本工程全部采用人工砂石骨料,块石原料开采能力,砂石系统的设计生产能力和实际生产量是保证砼浇筑的关键之一;
本工程大坝为拱坝结构TCBDA 24-2018:轨道交通车站装饰装修工程BIM实施标准(无水印 带书签),对砼的温控要求严格,做好砼的温控是保证砼质量的关键环节;
拱坝高108.5m,如何采取合理的砼浇筑手段是保证质量、进度以及节约成本的关键之一;
