防腐层的检查 保温施工前,对管道和设备外壁上涂刷的防腐层;保温施工 施工后,对保温结构外保护层涂刷的防腐层和色标,均应检查涂 层是否均勾一致,漆、膜是否附着牢固,有无剥落、气泡等缺陷 是否按要求做上介质色环及流向箭头。 二、保温层检查 1.检查保温固定件、支承件的安装是否正确、牢固,支承件 不得外露。 2.检查是否按设计规定的保温方式,保温厚度是否符合设计 要求。保温层厚度检查可采用针形厚度针,也可采用钢探针。检 查时应在管道周围四个相对应点上将钢探针垂直刺入,直达到管 壁上,再用钢尺度量厚度,读数精度要达到土1mm。对水平敷设 的管道,应选择与管道轴线成水平位置的两个点来截刺保温层, 然后测量厚度,厚度允许偏差10%~5%。 3.质量检查的取样布点为:设备每50m²,管道每50m应各抽 查三处,工程不足50m2或50m的保温工程亦应抽查三处。其 中有一处不合格时,应就近加倍取点复查,仍有1/2不合格时, 应认定该处为不合格。超过500m²的同一设备或超过500m的 同一管道保温工程验收时,取样布点的间距可适当增大。 4.保温层容重检查 对棉毡保温层应实地切取试样检查,其安装容重允许偏差为 容重允许偏差为土10%,板、管壳的安装容重允许偏差为土5% 5.应检查管道保温结构端部是否妨碍管道附件(如法兰、阀 门)等螺栓的拆装和门盖的开启。

保温工程测试与评价 、 保温工程效果测试 1.现场测试条件 (1)应在风速等于和小于0.5m/s的条件下进行测试。 (2)屋外测试应选择在阴天或夜间进行,应避免在雨雪关气进行。 (3)环境温度应在被测试位置一米处测得,并应避免其它热源的 彩响。 2.表面温度测试 保温结构表面温度的测定有“红外辐射计法”、“红外热像法” 热电偶法”、“表面温度计法”。常用方法是“表面温度计法”, 将热电偶式热电阻等表面温度计的传感器与被测保温结构外表面 接触,测量保温结构的表面温度。 3.表面散热损失测试 保温结构表面散热损失的测定有“表面温度法”、“温差法”、 “热流计法”。常用方法是“热流计法”,即采用热阻式热流计, 将其传感器设在保温结构内或贴敷在保温结构外表面直接测量得到 改热损失值。 4.数据处理 (1)管道保温结构的表面温度和散热损失均按求算术平均值的方 法处理,当用表面温度法测试散热损失时,可从平均表面温度计算 出表面散热损失值。 (2)设备保温结构的表面温度和散热损失均按求表面积加权平均 直的方法外理

(3)保温结构的散热损失如为常年运行工况应将测试数值 换算成当地年平均温度条件下的相应值。 二、保温效果评价 1.凡设备、管道及附件的保温外表面温度高于50℃时, 视为不合格。 2.凡设备、管道及其附件的保温结构外表面散热损失超 过允许最大散热损失时视为不合格。 3.对保温工程质量进行分析,提出存在的问题,并对问 题作出合理的节能建议或措施,其保温工程质量主要包括下 列内容: (1)保温材料使用合理性; (2)保温层计算厚度以及实际使用厚度的差异; (3)保温层厚度的均匀性: (4)保温材料制品缝隙处理严密性: (5)保护层形式可靠性以及外观质量: (6)保温工程施工中的综合质量评价。 三、提交测试报告,内容包括:概况说明、测试时间、气象 条件、测试对象、工况、测点位置布置图、测试参数、数据 表格、测试误差、保温效果评价等。 四、凡未说明者,均应按《设备及管道绝热效果的测试与评 价》执行。

(即发热节数)与母线交艾联接,形成连续并联电阻,母线通电后,各并联电阻 发热,形成一条连续的加热带。这种并联电热带可以在意剪切,将升始发热部分 控制在要伴热部分,利用冷端作为下次维修的备用线。恒功率电热带不允许叠 绕、交叉及夹在绝热层材料中间,避免造成电热带过热损坏。 串联型恒功率电热带:是一种由芯线作发热体的电热带,在具有一定电阻的 芯线上通过电流,芯线发出热,由于芯线单位长度的电阻和通过的电流,在整个 长度上是相等的,所以各处的发热量也是相等的,形成一条连续的、发热量灼匀 的电热带,不会像并联型电热带随着使用长度的增加造成尾端功率降低,串联型 恒功率电热带一般均按管线实际长度设计,并在出厂时加工成成品供应,施工现 场无人工接线。安装时应严格按设计长度安装,过长或过短均会影响功率,不 得任意切制,也不允许叠绕、交叉及夹在绝热层中间,避免造成电热带过热损坏。 4、温控器选型:温控馨用于控制被伴热介质温度保持在设定温度充许波动(温 差)的范围内工作。当设定允许温差激动越小,则采用温控器的精度越高,设定 允许温差液动较大,则可采用精度较低的温控器。如果用在有防爆要求的场合, 还应选用防爆型温控器。 变功率电热带因有一定的自调控功能,一般情况下可不设温控器,但对介质 温度波动有严格要求的场合,如介质温度波动不应大于士化时,也需要借助高 精度温控器调控,此时温度传感器安装在被控介质管道或设各的表面,如果用于 防冻,则应采用环境型温度传感器,安装在气温变化比较敏感的地方。如地下车 库出入口处,当气温低于5℃时,电气开关箱内电源接通,与该电气开关箱连接 的所有电热带系统都通电开始工作,当气温高于5℃时,电源切断,所有电热带 系统断电,停止工作,一个环境型温控幕,可以控制一个小区域的电伴热防冻。 恒功率电热带不管用于防冻或保温,都必须设置温控馨配合工作,且每个电 伴热系统均单独设立温控器和线传感器,以防超温损坏。 图集号甘12 图名 电伴热编制说明(一) 面
